Marketing Coordinator
Location: Huntsville, AL
Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Velox is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing business by coordinating marketing activities, managing social media content, supporting recruiting and business development initiatives, and helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence. This role serves as the primary internal marketing resource and works closely with leadership and our external marketing agency.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain the company marketing calendar
- Create and manage social media content
- Gather project updates, photos, and success stories from field teams
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and marketing materials
- Maintain marketing assets and brand resources
- Serve as the primary liaison with our marketing agency
- Support recruiting, business development, and company branding efforts
- Provide regular updates on marketing activities and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Adobe InDesign and Lightroom experience preferred
